The North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality {NCDEQ} is in receipt of the expedited Brownfields fee of $30,000.00, {Check Number 1131} from Grubb Management, AAF Grubb South Real Estate Fund V, LLC, for the Redevelopment Now Program. The check will be
deposited immediately, but if the program determines the project is ineligible, a refund check will
be issued upon written request.
