Dear Mr. Glover: The North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality’s Brownfields Redevelopment Section (DEQ Brownfields) received the April 3, 2024, Brownfields Stream Access Prevention Work Plan (Work Plan) submitted on your behalf by Froehling & Robertson, Inc., for the above referenced Brownfields Project.
Upon review, the Work Plan is approved with the condition that the proposed sign dimensions be a minimum of 10 inches x 14 inches. Be advised that this approval from DEQ Brownfields does not waive any applicable requirement to obtain any necessary permits, licenses, or certifications for the above referenced activities nor does it
