exemption, FM RECYCLING LLC must demonstrate that the leased facilities and/or equipment are still
being used exclusively for recycling or resource recovery. If at any time during the term of this lease
the listed facilities and/or equipment cease to be used by the Lessee or for the approved purpose, this
tax certification becomes null and void and PNC BANK must notify the Division and the GASTON
County Tax Supervisor immediately.
