Bowman supply well, identified as WSW4, located at 2040 NC 704 Hwy East, Lawsonville NC. Please perform a health risk evaluation and send your determination, with a copy of this memo, to our office. Our office will then forward your evaluation to
the well owner. Please note that a water treatment system has been installed at the Bowman Property and the untreated sample is identified as D1 on the attached analytical report.
