Enclosed please find the analytical results for water samples collected from the supply well located at 7350 Highway 16, Glendale Springs, NC owned by Phoebe Fonville. The Fonville well reportedly contained acetone at a concentration of 9.7 micrograms per liter
(µg/l) and is designated as WSW-7350 on the attached analytical report. Please perform a health risk evaluation on the analytical results and send your determination, with a copy of this memo, to our office.
