On November 3, 2023, the Underground Storage Tank Section of the Division of Waste Management,
Mooresville Regional Office, received the Groundwater Monitoring Report for the above-referenced site. The report has been reviewed and will remain in the UST Section’s files. The Division agrees with your client’s recommendation to continue with MMPEs at this time.
The next Groundwater Monitoring Report should be received by this office no later than April 30, 2024. If you have any questions regarding this notice, please contact me at the address or telephone number listed below for the Mooresville Regional Office.
