Dear Mr. Newton:

Geological Resources, Inc. (GRI) requests an extension for activities associated with the CSA activities at
the above referenced site. Based on our email correspondence on July 12, 2023, additional assessment
is required. Please note that a DOT ROW agreement is required for the additional assessment. This
agreement was obtained in October 2023 and drilling/sampling activities are scheduled for November
2023; therefore, it is estimated that an extension will be needed through December 31, 2023.
