Based on the soil sampling results provided with the request, the BRS agrees that this soil may be exported to this C&D landfill. Hi Stephanie — Please see linked below the updated Soil Export Request that now includes the Cr VI analytical data in both the summary table as well as the lab analytical package. Cr VI was not detected in the sample analyzed (sample D2 which had the highest total Cr value). This version also incorporates the lab data for VOCs that was submitted last week. https://terracon.sharefile.com/d-see7fl26bl64f4b6eacc7lbe764175829 Please let me know if you need anything else and we look forward to your review. I have followed up with the lab to confirm when we should expect the Cr VI results. Also good information about Lake Wheeler and their need for soil import. Hayley M. These soils include those located to a maximum depth of 25 feet below ground surface (bgs). Although it is unlikely that hexavalent chromium is a concern for this site, we will wait to provide full concurrence to export the soils located between 26 and 90 feet bgs until the laboratory data from the hexavalent chromium is provided. Once all of the data is received, please update your Soil Export Request to include the revised table and supporting laboratory results. When we receive the revised report and provided the hexavalent chromium result is consistent with what is expected, full concurrence can be issued. Please be advised that this concurrence from DEQ Brownfields does not waive any applicable requirement to obtain any necessary permits, licenses or certifications which may be required from other state or local entities. Also, there is a potential that the Lake Wheeler BF Property may be looking for soil to import. They are confirming if this is the case; however, I wanted to bring this to your attention. If interested, contact Chuck Hoffman at Mid -Atlantic. Please let me know if there are any questions.
