As required by N.C. Gen. Stat. Ann. § 130A-310.34, please find enclosed copies of the following
documenting compliance with public notice requirements for the above -referenced brownfields property,
located at 912 Hodges Street (Parcel No. 1715117286) in Raleigh, Wake County, North Carolina (the
"Property"):
(1) Six photographs of the posting of the Summary Notice of Intent to Redevelop a Brownfields
Property ("SNP") at multiple entrances of the Property, showing the text of the SNI and overall
location of the postings at the Property, taken on Tuesday, November 14, 2023;
(2) Proof of mailing (via certified mail) of the full Notice of Intent to Redevelop a Brownfields Property
Package ("NI") to representatives of all local governments having jurisdiction over the Property on
November 14, 2023;
(3) Proof of mailing (via certified mail) of the SNI to all contiguous property owners (in accordance
with the list approved by DEQ) on November 14, 2023;
(4) An Affidavit of Publication documenting publication of the SNI in the News & Observer on
November 14, 2023; and
(5) Proof of mailing of the full NI package to the Richard B. Harrison Community Library for public
availability and review on November 14, 2023.
In accordance with the above, the first day of the public comment period for this Brownfields Property is
considered to have began on Wednesday, November 15, 2023, and will conclude on Thursday, December
14, 2023. Additionally, we will provide the final mylar version of the plat upon your approval to do so.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to us. We appreciate your attention to this
matter and look forward to completing the brownfields process for this Property.
