Hub on Harris -Club House Charlotte Aircraft Brownfields Property Charlotte, Mecklenburg County Brownfields Project No. 22008-18-060 Dear Mr. Byron The North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) Brownfields Redevelopment Section received and reviewed the Revised VIMS Installation Report and Request for Occupancy- Hub On Harris Club House (Report) dated August 29, 2023 submitted on your behalf by Mr. Robert Foster of WSP USA Environment & Infrastructure, Inc. This Report was submitted for club house unit only at the Charlotte Aircraft Brownfields
Property located at 7705 E W.T. Harris Boulevard. DEQ Brownfields reviewed the analytical data and pressure monitoring data provided in the Report and evaluated the analytical data using the DEQ Risk Calculator. The results of this evaluation were below the DEQ thresholds for both non-residential use and residential use. Based on the available data, DEQ Brownfields has determined that the above referenced unit is currently in compliance with Land Use Restriction 15.f. of the Notice of Brownfields Property and the previously approved Vapor Intrusion Mitigation Plan. DEQ Brownfields anticipates future submittal of pressure measurements and sub-slab soil gas data as outlined in the approved VIMP. Please be advised that this compliance review from DEQ Brownfields does not waive any applicable requirement to obtain any necessary permits, licenses or certifications which may be required from other state or local entities.
