Therefore, to inform you of the results of samples collected from your water supply well, this information is being sent to your business address. On behalf of the North Carolina Division of Waste Management, ATC Associates Inc., collected a water sample from the supply well at your property on April 25, 2008. Environmental Protection Agency method 624 was used to determine whether the sample contained volatile organic compounds. Volatile organic compounds were not detected in the sample collected on April 25, 2008. A copy of the analytical report is attached for your convenience. Please note that your well is denoted as PW-16 on the analytical report. The supply well at your property will be sampled periodically during the investigation being conducted at the Former
