Mecklenburg County, NC – Project Number 22008-18-060.

Pursuant to Article VI, Section 21 of the Brownfields Agreement and Notice of Brownfields
Property, Item k., recorded in Mecklenburg County Book 33654, Page 427, deeds conveying an
interest in the Brownfields Property must be sent to your office on behalf of DEQ.

Please see the attached Special Warranty Deed recorded in Mecklenburg County, Book 38207,
Page 366.
