On February 27, 2023, the Division of Waste Management (DWM) received a Groundwater Monitoring
Report, prepared on your behalf by ATC Associates of NC, P.C. The report summarizes groundwater
monitoring activities conducted at the subject site in January 2023. The DWM thanks you for this report.

The report has been reviewed and the DWM is in general agreement with the conclusions and
recommendations proposed. Please continue groundwater monitoring and reporting on an annual basis. The
next monitoring report should be submitted to the Division no later than April 1, 2024.

Please submit the appropriate pre-approval form to the DWM before any work has been completed if
State Trust Fund reimbursement is anticipated. If you have any questions concerning Trust Fund
