Dear Mr. Tolson:

The Limited Soil Sampling Report dated October 21, 2022, has been reviewed by the UST Section,
Division of Waste Management, Washington Regional Office. The review of the report indicates that soil
contamination does not exceed the soil-to-groundwater maximum soil contaminant concentrations
(MSCCs) and that contaminated groundwater is not present

Based on available information provided to date, the UST Section determines that “No Further Action” is
warranted for this incident. This determination shall apply unless the UST Section later finds that a
discharge or release poses an unacceptable risk or a potentially unacceptable risk to human health or the
environment.

This No Further Action determination applies only to the subject petroleum incident; for any other incidents
at the subject site, the responsible party must continue to address contamination as required.
