Hi Henry,

I took a look at the file for C-Mart #5. It appears that some additional soil samples were requested by WaRO during LSA
activities. Those samples showed soil contamination in those areas sampled were above soil-to-groundwater MSCCs,
but below residential standards. Therefore based on the samples collected at that time, the deed restriction for soil can
be left off the NRP documentation. However, when the current tank system is removed/closed at some point in the
future it is possible that the NRP will need to be redone to add soil depending on sample results.

Call me about these. The RP wants to see if there is any way to get the residential land use restriction off of the C-Mart
#5 site. He is OK with it on the C-Mart #7 since it is on the highway.

Hope you are well! I have attached the latest NORRs for Cherry Oil C-Mart sites that are eligible for closure with
NRP. They are eligible for reimbursement from the funds established by EPA to close out these sites. Not sure if the
hard copies will go out today or next Tuesday. Just wanted to give you a heads up.

I really want to get the closed. :0)
