Our records show the Well #1 screen interval from 146-185’. I can’t confirm or deny the information
you have for Well #3, our records only show a total depth of 200’ with no information on screen
interval.

Gentlemen,

Do you have any information on the screened sections of the Town of Plymouth Well #1
(NC0494010 W01)?

We have a site nearby (Hak’s Store, Incident 13273) that we’re trying to resolve.

Our records report the screening of Well #3 (NC0494010 W03) as 134’ to 144’ and 156’ to 171’,
which may be inaccurate/hearsay, but that well’s not too close, so it’s less of a concern.
