During this sampling event, petroleum constituents in the groundwater at several monitoring wells were detected at concentrations above the cleanup standards defined in Title 15A of the North Carolina Administrative Code (NCAC) Subchapter 2L .0202, but below the applicable Gross Contaminant Levels defined under 15A NCAC 2L .0406. The report also documented that the water supply well located in the vacant lot behind 107 Robin Drive was unpowered and could not be sampled. A Mann-Kendall constituent trend analysis conducted by the UST Section staff on the provided groundwater data (attached) reported an unstable ‘No Trend’ result at wells MW-13 and MW-14.
