Hey Lauren, our computer network and phones have been down for the last few days and we are woefully behind on 
our follow‐ups.  Per my conversation with Mike, this was also dispatched to our Emergency Management department 
via their state agency who investigated and reported back that there was no active leak.  Perhaps some spillage during 
citizen disposal?  Our folks are coordinating the replacement of the vessels and any necessary cleanup.  They are 
supposed to forward pictures upon completion.

I called last week and left a voicemail. I’m following up because I spoke to my supervisor, Mike Haseltine, about the 
leaking oil complaint at the trash drop off point. If you would send us a detailed email about the plan of action and 
future plans for any spills like this (for example, having a spill kit on property) I can save this for our records and close 
out the complaint/incident. Thanks!
