The Division of Waste Management (DWM) received the subject Groundwater Monitoring Report,
submitted on your behalf by ATC Associates of NC, P.C. The report summarizes recent groundwater sampling
activities performed at the subject site. The DWM thanks you for this report.

After review of this report the DWM is in general agreement with the conclusions and
recommendations proposed. Please complete sampling, plume stability analysis, and fate & transport modeling
as suggested. Please submit results for the sampling, analysis and modeling to the Division no later than
November 1, 2022.
