Send all suspicious email as an attachment to Report Spam.<mailto:report.spam@nc.gov> Hi James: Because of the mixed plumes, and the complexities of other topics and other areas of the property, it was decided several months ago, to hold off, as there are multiple parties involved, multiple plumes, and part of the "ultimate remedy" for the mixed plumes will be some type of deed restriction, to be imposed on the whole property, etc. Whereas we may yet do a Notice of Residual Petroleum, we have been advised, for now, to hold off until the "other" matter is moved further forward. Reportedly, they are working out there right now, doing the "other" source removal, thru IHSB. It is a bit of a complex story, as we have discussed before and as detailed in our latest reports... Thanks for your patience, and I apologize for not advising you sooner, that we are holding off, for now.
