Littleton water supply well, identified as WSW #1, located at 459 Tom’s Knob Road, Sparta, Allegheny
County. Please perform a health risk evaluation and send the evaluation with your recommendation and a
copy of this memo to me. I will then forward the health risk evaluation and recommendation to any well
users.
