Enclosed please find the analytical results for water samples collected from the supply well located at 7809 US Hwy 158, Reidsville, NC on property owned by Larry and Kellie Clayton. Please note that the Clayton well is identified as WSW-26 on the attached analytical report. Please perform a health risk evaluation of the test results and send your determination, with a copy of this memo, to our office.
