The file associated with the above referenced UST incident has been reviewed by the UST Section, Mooresville
Regional Office. The total petroleum hydrocarbon levels outlined in the 2006 Preliminary Site Assessment are below
current action levels. Therefore, The UST Section determines that no further action is warranted for this incident. This
determination shall apply unless the UST Section later finds that the discharge or release poses an unacceptable risk
or a potentially unacceptable risk to human health or the environment.
