On April 17, 2023, the Division of Waste Management’s Underground Storage Tank Section, Mooresville Regional Office, received the Active Remediation Monitoring Report for the above-referenced site. The report has been reviewed
and will remain in the UST Section’s files. Upon review, the Division agrees with your consultant’s recommendation to continue MMPEs at this site. The next groundwater sampling event should be conducted in June 2023, and the Active Remediation Monitoring Report must be received by this office within no later than July 31, 2023.
