(S&ME) is pleased to present you with the results of the groundwater sampling event conducted at the Tammy Stoephel property located at 942 Guerrant Springs Road near Ruffin. The scope of services performed for this report were performed in general accordance with S&ME’s Proposal No. 43-1400104, dated January 24, 2014, and as authorized by NCDENR’s Task Authorization No. 01, dated January 29, 2014, and within NCDENR’s Contract No. N14002i. The approved services included sampling one selected water supply well and preparation of a letter report. WATER SUPPLY WELL SAMPLING AND RESULTS S&ME collected a sample from an outside spigot at the residence located at 942 Guerrant Spring Road on January 30, 204, with the verbal permission of owner Tammy Stoephel. The sample was inadvertently labeled as “Effluent,” but the sample represents the well and is not a treatment effluent sample. The sample was submitted to Con-Test Analytical Laboratory for analysis by Method 6200B. No target analytes were detected at a concentration or estimated concentration greater than the corresponding detection limits. CLOSING S&ME appreciates the opportunity to be of service to you.
