Hamptonville, Yadkin County, NC Dear Ms. Gail: The North Carolina Division of Waste Management (DWM) is conducting an assessment at the former Williams Grocery Store property. On behalf of the DWM, S&ME collected water samples
from supply wells in the area of the site on February 24, 2014. The water supply well samples were submitted for laboratory analysis of volatile organic compounds using EPA test method 6200B. According to the laboratory, the water sample collected from the well at your property
