Buildings are currently vacant. Formerly (1990-2023) used as a plumbing supplies warehouse and retail operation. The
main building was a sales office and storage area. The remaining buildings were utilized for plumbing material
Includes 5 structures: (1) 16,000sq.ft. main structure (steel/brick frame, concrete SOG, with 2 large bay doors along
western boundary), (2) 570sq.ft. sales office (brick frame, concrete SOG), (3) 1,930sq.ft. warehouse (brick frame,
concrete SOG), (4) 2,560sq/ft. quonset hut w/ concrete SOG, and a (5) 6,430sq.ft. warehouse (steel frame, concrete
SOG).
Each structure includes an approximately 3" concrete slab-on-grade/foundation. All building on grade, exception
includes a small, former boiler room along the S corner of the main structure, approximately 4' below grade
HVAC currently within the northern (retail) section of the main structure. Unknown if HVAC system is currently in
operation or type. Will be replaced during redevelopment. No HVAC/ventilation system in other areas/buildings.

needed.
