DEQ Brownfields reviewed the analytical data provided in the environmental reports and evaluated this data. The results of this risk evaluation using the DEQ Risk Calculator for each building was below the DEQ thresholds for residential use. Therefore, the Brownfields property is currently in compliance with Land Use Restriction (LUR) Number 6 of the Notice of Brownfields Property and the previously approved Vapor Intrusion Mitigation plan. DEQ Brownfields looks forward to receipt of the future sampling data in accordance with the previously approved Vapor Intrusion Mitigation Plan (VIMP). Please be advised that this approval from DEQ Brownfields does not waive any applicable requirement to obtain any necessary permits, licenses or certifications which may be required from other state or local entities.
