Incident Number 47107

Incident 15006 was reported in February 1996 and then incident 47107 in July 2019 which
completely comingled with the previous incident and that contains LNAPL. Incident 15006
is under active assessment and remediation, so it is recommended that incident 47107
be administratively closed. This determination shall apply unless the UST Section later
determines that the discharge or release poses an unacceptable risk or a potentially
unacceptable risk to human health or the environment. Should you have any questions
