them in a way that meets the requirements of the Standards for Special Tax Treatment of Recycling

term of this lease the listed facilities and/or equipment cease to be used by the Lessee or for the
approved purpose, this tax certification becomes null and void and CMGP HOLDINGS LLC must notify
the Division and the CLEVELAND County Tax Supervisor immediately.
