Incident Number: 32840
Dear Mr. Davis:
On April 30, 2020, the Division of Waste Management (DWM) received a Groundwater
Monitoring Report, prepared on your behalf by Henry Nemargut Engineering Services. The report
summarizes groundwater sampling activities conducted at the subject site. The DWM thanks you for this
report.
After review of this report, the DWM is in general agreement with the recommendations proposed
to continue use of nutrient socks at this site. Use of bio-socks should be continued in the following
monitoring wells: MW-2, MW-3 and MW-10. Additionally, the DWM requests that monitoring and
reporting activities be continued on an annual basis. The following monitoring wells should be sampled
during the next annual sampling event: MW-1, MW-2, MW-3, MW-10, and MW-15. The DWM requests
that the next Groundwater Monitoring Report be submitted to the Division no later than May 1, 2021.
