The Division of Waste Management (DWM) received the subject report, prepared on your behalf
by ATC Associates of North Carolina, P.C. (ATC). The report summarizes groundwater sampling activities
conducted in November 2022. The DWM thanks you for this report.

After review of the report, the DWM is in general agreement with the recommendations proposed.
Please continue groundwater sampling activities as recommended. The next Groundwater Monitoring
Report should be submitted to the Division no later than July 1, 2023.
