Dear Ms. Williams: On December 30, 2022, the Underground Storage Tank Section of the Division of Waste Management, Mooresville Regional Office, received the Corrective Action Performance Report for the above-referenced site. The reports have been reviewed and will remain in the UST Section’s files. Upon review, the Division has determined that the Corrective Action Feasibility Study, originally required by the correspondence dated January 18, 2022, must be received by this office no later than June 30, 2023. The next groundwater sampling event should be scheduled for April 2023. The Groundwater Monitoring Report must be received by this office no later than May 31, 2023.
