On January 30, 2023, the Division of Waste Management’s Underground Storage Tank Section, Mooresville Regional Office, received the Corrective Action Performance Report for the above-referenced site. This information has been reviewed and will remain in the UST Section’s files. Please note that future reports must include an estimate of
contaminant mass, as well as an evaluation of the effectiveness of the system, i.e. comparing total contaminant mass removal rates and the change in mass removal over time. Air samples should be collected from the soil vapor extraction system so that you can calculate this information. The next groundwater sampling event should be conducted in March 2023, with
the results received by this office no later than April 30, 2023.
