for Information: Hamlet Food Mart, 500 King Street Hamlet, 00-0-0000019327, UST Incident # 48762 Hi Ruth/Jerren (This is the facility that filled tanks in‐place without permission),    Mr. Moore called me back and said both the new property owner (Mr. Patel) and the old property owner (Mr.  Sakina ‐ East King Inc) were involved in contracting him and in paying him to abandon the tanks in‐place at this  facility.    Going to address NORRs for additional work to both parties since they both seem to be listed in the PIBS  database as affiliated with the facility and tanks.     Additionally, at this time, UST/CAB is not requiring the abandoned in‐place tanks to be removed.      I am not requesting any additional information from PIBS at this time, just wanted to keep you in the loop.    Thank you        Liz Price Hydrogeologist / Wilmington Regional Office Division of Waste
