Dear Ms. Brown:

Your office issued a Notice of Regulatory Requirements dated June 24, 2019 requesting
completion of a Limited Site Assessment (LSA) for this site. The current due date for the LSA
Report is June 28, 2019 (120 days from discovery of the release). We have received
authorization from Speedway and are currently working on scheduling the driller for monitoring
well installation, which requires a machine that can drill under the canopy. Based on our current
estimate of driller availability and completion of other tasks, we would like to request a 75-day
extension for report submittal, or until approximately September 14, 2019. If you have any
