For future reports please include the following as provided in the Comprehensive Appendices for Corrective Action 
Guidelines ‐ Appendix A and Appendix B: 

Summary, table, and map to include all soil assessment and smear zone screening information. 
Update geological cross‐sections to include groundwater, soil, and smear zone data ‐ based on MWs, AS and SVE wells, 
soil borings, etc. 
Provide a potential receptor map. 
Provide a Statements and Certification page. 
Provide contaminant mass calculations table. 
Provide hydrographs of contaminant mass and contaminant concentrations vs time and vs groundwater elevation. 
Provide a summary table of all water level measurements.
