The property is fenced, and the gate is locked when employees are not present on the property. In addition, access to the interior of building is highly regulated. The former Radio Shack property is currently being used for storage by National Wiper Alliance, operating at the Owen Manufacturing BF property (BFID# 16046-12-011), approximately 0.5 miles to the south. During meeting with the SHE Manager of National Wiper Alliance (Mr. John Hodges), we discussed off-site storage of materials at the Radio Shack facility. Mr. Hodges did not attend inspection, although there were site employees there that provided access, and the inspection confirmed that the property was being used as described by Mr. Hodges.
