The trailers are on supports off the ground, with open lattice below them (Photo 2). Diesel and waste oil storage was observed within the CSX Intermodal Terminal; however, they are in an equipment maintenance area approximately 0.25 miles east of the former Union Carbide Brownfield property boundary. Condition: Summary: N/A The perimeter of the property is chain-link fenced and topped with barbed wire, and entrance to the property is highly regulated. PHOTOGRAPHS Photo 1: Photo taken from entrance of facility. Perimeter fencing visible in photograph. The property is used for temporary container/trailer storage during the loading and off- loading from tractor trailers to rail cars (Photos 3-5). As noted in “Storage of Chemicals” section, there were no chemicals observed on the Brownfield property. Maintenance related chemicals are stored within the CSX Intermodal Terminal, however; this location is approximately a quarter of a mile from the eastern brownfield property boundary.
