Summary: All monitoting wells observed have covers and plugs removed. Many wells
appear to be filled with a bentonite-like substance; however, several are not. The gate
securing the fenced in area was open.
Current Exposure to Public/Public Risk:
No immediate risks to the public observed, however unsecured wells may pose risks of
additional GW contamination.

IV. Inspector Comments
Gate to former facility is now open and unmanned. Monitoring welks need repair or
abandonment. Additional sampling may be warranted to ensure substances have not
been disposed of in wells.
