IV. Inspector Comments
V. PHOTOGRAPHS
Photo 1: Exposed sub-slab gravel, suction lines, and orange riser stub-up visible in photo. Black
foam material was installed over solid VIMS piping where it crossed future footers.
Site Inspection scheduled to observe sub-slab piping / gravel inspection being performed
by H&H prior to exposed piping being covered with washed stone. VIMS piping layout,
and washed stone thickness were acceptable, and contactors began covering piping with
washed stone following the inspection. Solid PVC piping had been wrapped in a black
foam sheath where it crossing thickened slabs to prevent potential damage (Photos 1-4).
