Summary: Observed exposed soil on the property, as well as utility trench work being performed on the northern side of the building (Photos 1 - 5). The Site Inspection was performed as construction work was observed taking place on the property, and it was unknown if the VIMS installation had begun, or possibly even been completed as the sidewalls and roof were installed on the future grocery store. During the Site Inspection, met with the site superintendent, Mr. Billy Threatt. Mr. Threatt indicated that the VIMS installation should start within the next 2-3 weeks as discussed previously, and a hard copy of the EMP was present on-site.
