IV. Inspector Comments
V. PHOTOGRAPHS
Photo 1: Washed stone, GeoVent, and green VI-20 Geomembrane visible in photograph.
A Site Inspection was performed following an 11/9/2022 email from ECS that work was starting on the
VIMS the following day. Nothing else was heard regarding the VIMS installation, so an inspection was
performed while in the area.
There were several sections of the building where the sub-slab VIMS components were installed
without any DEQ notification. Mr. Orrell with ECS was contacted by email following the Site Inspection
on 11/21 & 11/22/2022 and reminded that during each of the required VIMS inspections (stone, sub-
slab piping, VIMS barrier inspection), DEQ Brownfields should be notified, 48-hours in advance if
possible.
