Attempted to open monitoring point, however, unable to remove cap as concrete sealer had worked its way into threaded cap. Although the four roof-top blowers were inspected (Photos 4 & 5), DEQ personnel were unable to enter Summit Seltzery during Site Inspection to check alarm system as business was closed at the time of the inspection. Summary: NA Summary: Single story masonry construction former Fleming Laboratories building has been retrofitted into two brewery type facilities. Summit Seltzery (currently operating) is located within the northern portion of the building, and Midnight Mulligan Brewing, a brewery/restaurant is in the southern portion of the building. PHOTOGRAPHS Photo 1: Measuring riser vacuum in “WC within Midnight Mulligan Brewing. All four of the rooftop blowers were operating at the time of the Site Inspection, although the southern blower had more bearing noise than the other three (Photos 4 & 5). As stated previously, unable to check alarm system, and blower vacuums as seltzer business was closed at the time of the Site Inspection.
