The Division of Waste Management of the North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality
inspected or verified these resource recovery or recycling facilities and/or equipment on 11/7/2022,
and found that the facilities and/or equipment in Enclosure (1) are being leased to a company that is
using them in a way that meets the requirements of the Standards for Special Tax Treatment of
Recycling and Resource Recovery Equipment and Facilities.

this exemption, WEBB METALS RECYCLING LLC must demonstrate that the leased facilities and/or
equipment are still being used exclusively for recycling or resource recovery. If at any time during the
term of this lease the listed facilities and/or equipment cease to be used by the Lessee or for the
approved purpose, this tax certification becomes null and void and WEBB METALS REAL ESTATE
LLC must notify the Division and the CLEVELAND County Tax Supervisor immediately.
