The North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) Brownfields Program reviewed the Brownfields Assessment Work Plan Revision 1 dated December 19, 2022 (Work Plan). DEQ Brownfield comments to previous revisions dated December 7, 2022 of this Work Plan have been addressed; therefore, the Work Plan is approved.
Please be advised that this approval from DEQ Brownfields does not waive any applicable requirement to obtain any necessary permits, licenses or certifications which may be required from other state or local entities.
