The DEQ has reviewed the revised Harrelson Ford Soil Excavation Work Plan dated November 22, 2022. There are no 
comments to the current version and the Work Plan is approved.  Please be advised that this approval does not waive 
any applicable requirement to obtain any necessary permits, licenses or certifications which may be required from other 
state or local entities. 

Please inform the DEQ of the proposed work schedule when known.
