On behalf of our client, Merritt — MW1, LLC, we are submitting this Brownfields Receptor Survey for the above
referenced site located on Hinton Oaks Boulevard in Knightdale, Wake County, North Carolina. The receptor
survey was performed by S&ME, Inc. to identify receptors from contaminated groundwater, as described in the
North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) Brownfields Program Guidelines and Issue Resolutions
(December 2077). Included with this report are the following attachments:

Structures on site were constructed as part of the former Sir Walter Gun Club. They were not designed
to be permanently occupied and are not occupied today
b. Describe the construction of the builidng including materials (e.g. wood frame, block), type and size of openings
(e.g. windows, bay doors), and height (number of stories).
One story wood frame or concrete block structures with concrete block foundation. The structures
are decomposing and do not have roofs.
c. Describe the foundation construction. Include details on type, floor construction, and depth below grade.

d. Describe the HVAC system in the building. Include available details on type, equipment location, source of air
