The receptor survey was performed by S&ME, Inc. to identify receptors from contaminated groundwater, as described in the North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) Brownfields Program Guidelines and Issue Resolutions (December 2077). One story wood frame or concrete block structures with concrete block foundation. The structures are decomposing and do not have roofs. c. Describe the foundation construction.
