V. PHOTOGRAPHS

Photo 1: View of barrier facing northwest towards little Sugar Creek. Post tension cables visible
in photographs.

Attended H&H barrier inspection on Building ‘B’ while performing other Site Inspections
in the vicinity. Barrier appeared to be in good condition when inspected and appears
ready for upcoming concrete pour. No VI pathways were observed, and the barrier was
installed as outlined the approved VIMP.

Photo 2: Vertical penetration sealed with Stego tape and mastic. Solid stakes used in all cases
where needed.
