PHOTOGRAPHS Photo 1: Partial section of sub-slab gravel and suction piping (Land Science TerraVent) being inspected prior to installation of MonoShield VIMS barrier that would begin later in day. Met with H&H inspector onsite to observe a washed stone and TerraVent inspection. In general, the area inspected looked good, with only a few issues that were identified which were pointed out to the superintendent. Also looked at the Monoshield barrier which was previously installed. Solid section of PVC piping checked for proper pitch to prevent condensation collection within piping. Photo 3: H&H inspector pointing out sealing issues to GC, where lower-level sub-slab VIMS MonoShield VIMS barrier will tie into barrier to be installed over stone layer being inspected.
